After officiating an end of life service as an Interfaith Chaplain I often have flowers 'left over'. As caregiver, as shepard of that event I often grow very close to the person who has passed. In this case, I happened to know the woman. And as I released the flowers to the sea at a creeks edge I thanked her again for her beautiful way in the world. And mourned that I was never able to tell her eye to eye that she made a difference in my life and in the life of my child. Thank you Carol. You were, and are, loved by many.
